Gta 5 pc downloads then doesnt start

GTA 5 (also: GTA5 or GTA V ) is a computer game that is developed by its sometimes a big mess, one week it works, one week not, then it works again. Some games are fine but GTA 5 wont now load and says there an issue with the disc.
